Since the release of Star Wars in 1977, the Stars Wars franchise has become quite the phenomenon and is still as popular today, 32 years later, as it ever was.As well as the movies, Star Wars merchandise has incorporated Board Games, Video Games, action figures, clothes and there is even Star Wars Lego. The newest incarnation of Star Wars is Clone Wars, an animated movie and series. Clone Wars has become very popular with kids of all ages, including some very old kids that were fans of the original movies. With this popularity, Clone Wars has it own range of toys and merchandise and one of these toys is the new Star Wars Clone Wars Turbo Tank Vehicle.
This ten wheeled giant, the Turbo Tank Vehicle, was introduced in the Clone Wars and it has many fearsome qualities aside from its size. The turbo tank has a simple design, which added with very strong body armor makes it very hard to stop. It is designed to be able to plough through enemy defences with brute strength and force. The Turbo Tank also has two cockpits, one at the front and one at the back. The reason for this is that because of its immense size the tank is sluggish when turning, although very fast travelling on even ground, these two manned cockpits mean that the tank does not have to turn to engage enemies from behind. This Heavy Assault Vehicle has a large array of laser cannons, blaster cannons and also missile and grenade launchers that can fire in all directions.
Like the version in the movie, this Turbo tank can carry troopers in different compartments and cockpits and has cleverly concealed rocket launchers that fire. One of the cockpits detaches with ease to form a separate base, the tank also has electronic sound effects and lights, to add more realism.
The Star Wars Clone Wars turbo Tank Vehicle comes with one exclusive Turbo Tank Commander, one Speeder bike and weapons. This is a long awaited toy by many Star Wars fans, and is set to be a big hit with all action toy fans.
